Sports school for 365 pupils was put into exploitation in Amyderya settlement of Beyik Turkmenbashi etrap in Lebap province. It has supplemented modern architectural look of the right-bank settlement adjoining to major highway and railway transport nodal points.
It was performed music and songs, demonstrated the mastery of young sportsmen, who were congratulated by the guests of solemnity – representatives of vilayet and etrap administrations, social organizations, elders, famous sportsmen.
It was created all conditions for physical development, training and improvement of sport skills of children and teenagers, organization of competitions on football, volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, boxing, chess, wrestling and other disciplines. Gyms are fitted with training equipments. There are living blocks, shower cubicles and first-aid post. Sports school has centralized system of heating and air-conditioning, water- and power-supply.
Sports Township with football field, volleyball, basketball and gymnastic grounds, tennis court, track and field lanes has been created round the central building of new facility.
New sports school was erected to the order of Capital construction management of vilayet municipality by the builders of private national enterprise, which foremost builders were awarded with memorable gifts.
