Ministries and departments of Turkmenistan as well as leading French companies working with our country showcased their achievements in the main hall of a large business centre in Paris. The forum focusing on development of the bilateral cooperation was held at the conference hall at the same time.
The delegations of Turkmenistan and France, representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Paris, local media, and numerous guests attended the solemn ceremony of opening the economic forum.
The exposition started with the stands of the Avaza National Tourist zone and the State Committee for Tourism of Turkmenistan. Tourism is one of the most important and promising areas of cooperation with France, a most visited country in the world. Turkmenistan will be interested for French tourists with its famous ancient monuments, rich cultural heritage as well as modern infrastructure and traditionally generous hospitality.
