Foundation laying ceremony of new resort facility – cottage complex for 700 visitors was held in National Tourist Zone “Avaza”. It will be constructed on the coast of the Caspian Sea by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of etrap administration, social organizations, mass media, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, elders, student youth are among ceremony participants.
Well-accomplished cottage township will be erected by private enterprises and economic unions “Usat”, “Cheper gurlushyk”, “Dovlet gurlushyk”, “Chyzgy”, “Myradym”, “Halys”, “Agagurlushyk”. This project is aimed at development such segment of sea resort as hotel service at low prices that is widely practiced today all over the world. It is urged to increase the availability of resort recreation for people with middle income. For example, it is very beneficial for large families.
4.5-hectare land was allotted under construction of the complex. Total area of buildings and facilities will be 10 800 square meters. Here, it will be erected 50 cottages of light design (8 160 square meters), 4 twin cottages (1 440 square meters) and two two-storey buildings for administrative and technical services.
In every cottage, there are rooms with comfortable planning, containing bedroom, reception room and kitchen fitted with relevant electrical household appliances. Territory of the complex will be planted with trees and shrubs. Of course, it was envisaged all essential conditions for training in different kinds of sport as well as grounds for playing indoor soccer and basketball, pool.
