The Avaza National tourist zone of Turkmenistan hosts the V International Festival of Gifted Children “Avaza is the Land of Friendship”.

The solemn ceremony of the festival opening took place in the amphitheater located on the Caspian coast. Hundreds of boys and girls from Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Russia, China, India, Armenia, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan arrived in Avaza to take part in the festival. Turkmen young talented artists represent our country at the festival.

The song “Salam, Festiwal!” marked the beginning of the V International Festival of Gifted Children “Avaza is the Land of Friendship”.


The big festive concert started upon completion of the official ceremony. The concert programme included national and modern dances, folklore music and songs performed by festival participants.

Young artists demonstrated the artistic traditions and music of different cultures, which are based on the unified perceptions of the beauty, peace, and friendship.

Next day of the festival started with the contest for the best drawing and sand sculpture held on the Caspian coast.
