At the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, it was held the celebration in honor of students of this higher educational establishment - the prize-winners of the International Subject Olympiads.
Both Olympiads – the 15th International Mathematics and 7th International Chemistry Olympiads were held in the second decade of August in Shīrāz (Islamic Republic of Iran). 48 students from Russia, Iraq, Oman and other states took part in it.
In individual championship of these prestigious intellectual contests, the students of mathematics faculty Rovshen Hajiyev and Yusupbay Ermetov as well as student of the faculty of chemistry and biology Eziz Nariyev demonstrated high level of theoretical skills and won the bronze medals. In team event at the International Olympiad, the future Turkmen mathematicians won the third prize place.
