The sector forum, which is held in our country annually, aroused keen interest among its numerous participants, guests and visitors, who had an opportunity to learn more about the impressive achievements of Turkmenistan in the spheres of communications, broadcasting, and IT-services, as well as innovations of the world telecommunication industry, modern trends, and prospects of its development.
The sector forum brought together leading researchers and experts in the field of high-technology communications systems from the United States, the United Kingdom, Croatia, France, Germany, Denmark, Russia, Japan, China, Korea, Iran, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, and other countries.
These are the world's leaders, old partners of Turkmenistan that take an active part in implementation of large-scale projects on brining communications system of our country in compliance with high international standards. The exposition showcased the advanced developments and innovations in such spheres as telecommunications, information and computer technologies, telemetry and measuring equipment, wireless and broadband, satellite and digital communication, professional audio and video recording, video conferencing, telephony, cable products and accessories, software and service operations, etc. The exhibition vividly illustrated partners’ contribution to developing and promoting communications and telecommunications systems of our country.
Particular attention at the exhibition was paid to using renewable energy sources in the sphere of telecommunications. Turkmen specialists demonstrated the models of solar panels, generating devices, 2G receiving antennas, small telephone stations and other equipment, which is efficient for using in remote and inaccessible areas. Forum participants exchanged their views on the prospects for developing the national systems of telecommunications and IT-technologies in Turkmenistan, introducing the satellite communications systems and accelerated entry into the global information and communication space.
Diplomas and certificates were awarded to forum participants during the exhibition closing ceremony.
