A five-star hotel for 300 visitors erected to the order of the State Bank for foreign-economic activity of Turkmenistan is among new buildings of “Avaza” National Tourist Zone, which construction is in the homestretch. The project is realized by the Turkish firm “Şahin Construction&Trading INC” in cooperation with the Turkmen builders.
High-rise hotel consists of eight functionally independent building blocks. Three of them - guest tower blocks with panoramic lifts are joined with common basement floor and glassed passages on two levels of upper floors. The height of the central 14-storey guest tower is 77 meters. It allows ascribing the hotel of the State Bank for foreign-economic activity of Turkmenistan to one of the highest recreational facilities of the Turkmen Riviera. Another two 63-meter high 11-storey guest tower blocks are located on both sides. Hotel complex includes 2-storey building of Avaza branch of the State Bank for foreign-economic activity of Turkmenistan.
After commissioning, the luxurious hotel of the State Bank for foreign-economic activity of Turkmenistan will offer its clients wide spectrum of cultural and entertainment, sport and health-improving programs. At present, rooms for beauty salons, spa procedures, gym, disco club, 5D-cinema, concert hall, swimming pool, boiling, billiard, lobby bars and restaurant for 300 seats are designed inside of main building. It is prepared a whole net of rooms for medical and health-improving purposes.
Internal space of large and small conference halls for 35 and 178 seats correspondingly is designed for holding of business meetings, scientific symposiums, training seminars. They will be equipped with booths of simultaneous interpretation as well as with audio- and video apparatuses.
Multistory hotel occupies a third part of construction site with total area of over 62 thousand square meters. On other free territory, the builders will have to erect tens of infrastructural facilities: car parks, aqua park, children’s amusement park, swimming pool for adults and children. It has been allotted the plots under golf-field, tennis court and sport ground for games in volleyball, basketball and indoor soccer.
