International oil and gas forum within the framework of which it was held the International Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2014” and 19th International Conference “International cooperation in oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan: potential, attainments, priorities” completed its work in the capital’s “Sergi koshgi”.
Nearly 600 representatives of foreign oil and gas, service companies, large international organizations, various state structures, ministries and core departments from Russia, USA, Great Britain, Germany, China, France, UAE, Japan, Malaysia and other countries of Europe, Asia, CIS as well as national and foreign mass media took part in the scale sectoral review.
In the course of work of three-day forum, the heads of structural subdivisions of the national fuel-energy complex and their potential partners have discussed practically all issues related to the prospects and strategic trends of interaction in the leading sector of Turkmen economy.
In particular, further diversification of deliveries of Turkmen hydrocarbons to the world markets, investments in development of oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan, prospective methods and technologies of exploration and production of oil and gas in our country, as well as their deep processing became the key topics of International Conference.
Ecological aspect whereto is attached particular role in Turkmenistan while modernization of existing and construction of new industrial facilities became special topic of discussion.
