Conference entitled “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a guarantor of peace, neighborliness, and mutually beneficial cooperation” devoted to the 6th anniversary since establishment of professional holiday – the Day of diplomatic workers of the country was held in the conference hall of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited to Turkmenistan, representatives of diplomatic corps of the country, teachers and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and several higher educational establishments of the country took part in the work of the forum.

In honor of the professional day of diplomatic workers of the country, an exhibition organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly with diplomatic representative offices of the foreign states accredited to our country was expanded in the foyer of the Institute. Exhibits, telling about culture, traditions, history of various world countries, were presented there.

On the occasion of this holiday, it was also organized the sport competitions among diplomatic representative offices accredited to our country, as well as awarding ceremony of winners of the tournament held in the sport complex of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. A concert with participation of creative groups of the capital’s higher educational establishments was held in the assembly hall of the Institute.
