VII International Scientific Conference “Turkmen racer and world horse breeding art” started its work in the capital’s Exhibition Palace “Sergi koshgi”. Forum organized by “Turkmen atlary” State Association hosted famous scientists, horse-breeders, biologists, historians and ethnographers, as well as foreign journalists from tens of world countries.
Work of the International Scientific Conference urged to unite the efforts of scientists and specialists in the field of preservation and augmentation of thoroughbred Akhalteke breed has been divided into thematic sections on key trends. Within their framework, it was delivered the reports, informing about vital scientific researches and practical results of development of the sector in different countries.
Three colorful editions devoted to Akhalteke racers, which were published today in Turkmenistan, drew great attention of participants of the conference and fair. The books “Love for amazing racers, passing from generation to generation”, “World admires you, the Turkmen racer”, and a regular number of magazine “Heavenly Akhalteke horses” in three languages – the Turkmen, English and Russian will tell about glorious history of “heavenly argamaks” and their promising future, as well as multifaceted work on preservation and augmentation of qualities of these racers. Editions keep rich factual illustrations, and therefore, will be of great interest for specialists and wide readership.
