Construction of five-star hotel “Bagtiyar” in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza” has entered into final stage. The health resort for 300 seats to the order of the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan is erected by the Ashgabat individual enterprise “Durli-yaz”.
Already today, the hotel faced with white marble and grey granite looks on seafront of a sea resort as the finished production of architectural art. According to the contract, it should be put into operation at the end of current year. However, the use of advantages of the innovative technologies multiplied by professionalism of builders has allowed reconsidering the terms of commissioning the project and transferring its opening to September 2015.
Modern hotel complex “Bagtiyar” is constructed in the northern part of a sea resort on platform in four and a half hectare. High-rise 12-storey building will consist of three blocks.
Hotel included 149 double rooms. It was also envisaged single VIP -rooms: one on the 10th and 11th floors. Windows and loggias in all residential rooms are turned to the sea that augment the attractiveness of hotel.
In gallery or a ground floor, there are karaoke-hall, disco-bar and zones of health-improving recreation for visitors: pools, a steam room, sauna, Turkish bath.
The first land floor of the central block of hotel is the centre of services and health-improving services. From a lobby the corridors lead to the conference hall for 170 seats, 5D-cinema for 10 spectators, restaurant for 300 seats, the VIP-hall for 10 persons, fitness club, exchange office, shop of souvenirs and beach accessories. There is also the swimming pool, bar of soft drinks, a gym and multipurpose SPA-salon, where hairdressing salons, baths, shower, galvanic baths, massage rooms and offices of treatment-and-prophylactic medicine at the service of visitors.
On the second floor, there are cultural-entertaining centers: a lobby-bar, bowling, billiards, game rooms for children and cafe for 300 seats. On the 12th floor of the central block of hotel, there will be the cafe for 28 visitors.
On perimeter of the territory, adjoining to a many-storey building, it is formed the resort-hotel and technical infrastructure of hotel: car parks, sheds, summerhouses, sports-play grounds and structures of autonomous vital activity of the hotel complex.
It is laid access roads, sidewalks are laid, built the sports grounds, car parks. It is accomplished the adjoining territory and planted with trees and shrubs. It is completed the facing of the combined pool for swimming and water games. On its coast, symmetrically face to face two summer cafes with area about 100 square meters each are erected. Round the bathing complex representing artificial lake, it is planned the site under wide walking alley with arbors and playgrounds for children. On a beach, it is realized the building of a pier for small walking boats and sailing boats. Alongside with finishing works, it is carried out the installation of equipment. In a building, it is set ten lifts, five of which - panoramic.
