Numerous sports structures as a part of hotels, boarding houses, cottage small towns and other health-improving complexes operate in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza”. The network of the specialized centers of sports extends simultaneously. The first was yacht club “Yelken”, where a year ago in a format of world tour, it was successfully held the Avaza stage of the World Cup-2014 on windsurfing. Today in Turkmen Riviera along with other sport facilities, it is realized the construction of another centre of water sports - a modern cottage complex with yacht club.
The new building is erected to the order of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan. The site with area of over 160 thousand square meters was allocated under construction. On its territory, it is erected 25 two-storey comfortable cottages for 138 rooms, a two-storey office building, swimming pools, artificial river, lake, island, as well as children's playgrounds, cafe and other facilities of a hotel, service and technical infrastructure. Among them - the educational centre, children's club, sailing slipway, pool of surfing with a running artificial wave and three piers: for water motorcycles and attractions, polytypic boats and rest of visitors.
The building of yacht club includes the entertaining centre composed of the covered pool with heating, Spa-salon, a gym and grounds for playing machines, bowling, billiards, table tennis and other games. On the second floor of yacht club, there is a bar with an open terrace with view of the artificial river.
Particular concern of builders becomes the beach zone. Before the end of term of construction in 2016, they should build here the coastal structures, transforming water area of yacht club into close from winds and waves harbor with tiny seaport for parking of various vessels, excursion boats, motor-walking and sailing-and-racing yachts.
