The XI Specialized Commodities Exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran opened at the Sergi Köşgi Exhibition Centre in Ashgabat. The economic forum is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan jointly with the Pars Pegah Tejarеt Company, IRI.
Representatives of government agencies, heads, managers, experts of more than one hundred large companies and journalists arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the exhibition. Many of them are the long-term partners of Turkmenistan that have their representative offices in the Turkmen capital and administrative centres of the regions. For those who have visited Turkmenistan for the first time, the forum will provide a platform for presenting projects, products and services as well as evaluating the prospects for future cooperation.
The solemn ceremony of opening the exhibition brought together government officials,heads of Mejlis, relevant ministries and departments, Ashgabat Khyakimlik, foreign businessmen, representatives of public organisations, Turkmen businessmen, and journalists.
The large-scale exhibition showcasing the stands presented by IRI industrial enterprises that use the latest scientific and technological achievements in the production technology aroused keen interest among the visitors.
The exposition is decorated with colorful patterns of traditional Iranian carpets, tapestries, hammered articles, traditional national goods, and many other things that represent the rich history and unique art of the ancient culture of the Iranian people.
