On the eve of the new school year, a new TV studio and a library of publications related to international relations in the Turkish and English languages were opened at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey (TIKA) for the students of the International Journalism Department of the Institute of International Relations.

The representatives of the Turkish delegation led by Vice President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) Mr. Mehmet Süreyya Er, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey in Turkmenistan Mr. Mustafa Kapucu, heads, teachers and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and mass media attended the opening ceremony.

The ceremony participants noted that Turkmenistan and Turkey had accumulated wide experience of efficient cooperation. A new building of the International Turkmen-Turkish University is under construction in Ashgabat and Turkmen students get their education in the institutions of higher education in the friendly country.
