The executive committee on preparation for V Asian Indoor Games and Martial arts declared the international tender for selection of the company for operational planning in all directions of activity outlined in the Master Plan of the Asian Games-2017.
Operational planning of activity both of competitive and not competitive objects is the key factor of successful organization of the Games. Planning is the detailed description of all services, being rendered to participants and visitors, as well as internal operations at each object, including the detailed program of each day. The functional operating plan contains the detailed description of various kinds of works of the period of the Games such as accommodation of visitors, transport service, holding of sport competitions, management of the Olympic structures, medical services, etc.
