A seminar on issues of cybersafety within the framework of regional and international security, counteraction to Internet use in the terroristic purposes and cybercrimes started its work in Ashgabat, in the capital’s “Yildyz” hotel.

International experts on cybersafety, specialists in struggle against the organized crime and terrorism, employees of Secretary of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe as well as representatives of relevant structures from the Great Britain, Belarus and Kazakhstan were invited to participate in the two-day seminar organized by OSCE Center in Ashgabat.

The special attention was paid to modern information-communication technologies and most effective measures of counteraction to possible cyber threats and cyber attacks, Internet use in the terroristic purposes. In the presented reports, it was highlighted the activity on gathering of corresponding information and its analysis.
