Computer science teacher Maral Shamuhammedova and her upper mid student Yalkap Berdiyev (secondary school No. 74 in Ashgabat) won two main prizes of the Crystal Owl IV International Contest among specialists of the sphere of education.
The intellectual contest organized by the “Vector if Science” Scientific and Educational Institution in Taganrog, Russia attracts representatives of different world countries every year. The main goal of the contest is to develop the intellectual and artistic potential among younger generation and encourage children to learn more.
The contest was held in several nominations. Turkmen participants presented a joint work on the use of multimedia technology in the educational process that certainly opens up new possibilities to improve the quality of the educational process. The importance of this project was confirmed by the fact that the jury chose the authors of the project the winners of the contest.
Yalkap Berdyev and Maral Shamuhamedova have already successfully participated in international intellectual contests. Together with Bayly Begjanov (Ashgabat secondary school No 50) they won the third place of the IV International Mathematics Olympiad.
