A cycle of events, fully reflecting the processes of reforming the educational sphere, initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and aimed to the modernization of the national education system, taking into account innovative, historical-spiritual and socio-cultural components, continues in the capital and the provinces.
Ashgabat Pedagogical School named after Aman Kekilov hosted the conference entitled "Innovative methods of improving the quality of educational work in educational institutions", organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. The participants of the action were teachers of pre-school, primary class teachers of secondary schools of the capital and all regions, experts of regional administrations and departments of education, scientific researchers of the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan.
Issues of introduction of innovations in pre-school education and upbringing were on the focus of attention. There were presented implementation models in the work of pre-school institutions of the State standard of pre-school education. A keen discussion on the significance of national games in upbringing of children and ways of further improvement and enhancement of effectiveness of educational activity.
Demonstration lessons on natural history, mathematics, native language, using interactive teaching methods aroused enormous interest in the primary education section of the primary school.
The conference in the Pedagogical School is testimonial - because this is the place where teachers for pre-school and primary grades are prepared. Pedagogical School named after Aman Kekilov fulfills an honorable function of the state methodological center. This educational institution has all necessary equipment for the training of qualified specialists. Classrooms are equipped with technical innovations from world manufacturers.
On the basis of these specialized audiences the workshops for participants of pedagogical forum have been organized, which took place with the active use of modern teaching aids.

Conduction of "open lessons" – is a traditional form of propagation of advanced pedagogical experience. Colleagues from all schools in the capital region were invited to participate in more than forty "open lessons" in all disciplinary areas.
Introduction of pedagogical innovations took place against the background of the active application in the educational process of modern interactive technologies. As a natural complement to the "open lessons" there was organized an exhibition of pedagogical achievements in the foyer of the school. Its main exhibits were - large arsenal of teaching materials, visual aids, as well as drawings of pupils, crafts from scrap materials, needlework patterns - knitting, embroidery, small carpet items- evidence of comprehensive development of children, which is facilitated by extra-curricular activities, creative circles, where all conditions to stimulate creative potential of pupils were created.
Senior pupils acted in the role of tour guides, who presented a collection of school museum in three languages - Turkmen, Russian and English. Performance of young violinist Zaura Assadullaeva was a perfect musical complement.
