Forty sets of innovative electrical machines made by students of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction have passed successful and long tests directly in the industrial conditions, having demonstrated high reliability.
This experiment confirmed the practical demand of scientific student inventions, including in the field of home appliances from possible overvoltage in the main. By means of this know-how, it is possible not only just turn off the power supply automatically in the apartment or house while abrupt deterioration of quality of electricity, but also to connect them to the network quickly while restoration of normal voltage.
A regular student invention, this time designed for automatic warning about faults in circuits of voltage transformers, also passed a successful test that was testified by representatives of the State Corporation “Kuwwat” and its branch the Production Association “Turkmenenergoabatlayysh”.
The matter is about electronic device developed in one of the educational laboratories of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction by the fourth-year student Hudayberdy Hamrayev, who is trained in the specialty “Automation of technological processes and production” at the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation.
The present invention determined the extension of its author among the current members of the state scientific competition among students, teachers and young scientists, which is held annually in our country under the aegis of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Makhtumkuli and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. Its results are traditionally summarized on the eve of the national holiday - the Science Day.
The supervisor of Hudayberdy Hamrayev as well as many other students, who are seriously keen on science, is Doctor of Technics, Honored Inventor of Turkmenistan, and Professor Polat Nazarov – the author of nearly forty inventions, which scientific value is confirmed by the special patents. All his inventions the experienced mentor uses as visual aids during lectures and practical lessons. A floor to him:
- Within a short time, in our country, it was built a lot of super modern enterprises equipped with the most advanced technology. The quality of their products as well as the durability of high-tech equipment greatly depend on qualification of the staff - workers and engineering - technical personnel.
Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction is one of the main suppliers for the engineering staff for country. Whole teaching staff is aimed to train specialists of new type, whose main distinctive feature is the ability for active mastering in practice of leading innovations in manufacture, science and techniques. From the first course, we involve the students into the scientific work. With their active participation, it has been developed and manufactured a variety of devices to improve energy efficiency and reliability of operation of electrical equipment. Among them is such invention as portable device for determining the efficiency of exploitation of power transformers and choice of their optimum power.
It was also designed a multipurpose portable electronic device for fault location in electric networks. For participation in making of mentioned device, our student Alisher Maminov, who is trained in the specialty “Automation of technological processes and production”, won the first place according to results of the last year's state competition of scientific works among young scientists of our country and was awarded with the Prize of the President of Turkmenistan.
There is another example of actual scientific inventions developed in the higher educational establishment. As it is known, natural gas contained in gas fields, has tremendous potential energy. In most cases, this energy is not used. Owing to scientific efforts of our institution, it was offered a method and apparatus for converting a potential gas deposits energy of gas deposits into electrical energy, as well as a special method for calculating the capacity of power units.
The plans for the near future include the conclusion of an agreement between the Department of “production automation” of our higher educational establishment and Production Association “Turkmenenergoabatlayysh” for the urgent development and their introduction into the national economy of Turkmenistan.
Close and productive scientific partnership of high school with sectoral ministries, concerns and enterprises within their structure is aimed at introduction of the results of scientific researches and designs of the institute into the manufacturing sector in the context of modernization of the national economy and expansion of the range of domestic production.
