The best experts on the "Gorogly" epos among the students of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly became the participants of the "Brain-ring" intellectual game initiated by administration and public organisations of the high school.
Game passed in two subgroups - in two stages following the results of which, in the ending there have passed students of four faculties - history, jurisprudence, geography, Turkmen language and literature.
As a result, the first place was gained by the team of historical faculty, having shown profound knowledge of the "Gorogly" epos.
As was commented by organizers on results of "Brain-ring", the intellectual competition was preceded by big spadework. Applicants for participation in game studied the necessary literature devoted to the "Gorogly" epos. Basically it is the publications which authors are known historians, prominent scientists including our contemporaries, in the centre research attention of which are the images of main characters, colourful and original traditions and ceremonies of the Turkmen people, carefully protected and transferred from generation to generation.
During the "Brain-ring", students have shown profound knowledge on the set theme.
