Within the framework of virtual intellectual review organized by the National Fund for Innovations in the sphere of education and Research Institute of Education Quality Monitoring (Yoshkar-Ola), Turkmen students from the International Oil and Gas University became the participants of rounds in computer science, ecology and theoretical mechanics, and demonstrated one of the best team results. In total, they won thirteen different medals.
Representatives of the oil and gas university gained five medals as a result of the round in computer science, where more than seven hundred students from 145 higher educational institutions of the world, including eleven higher educational establishments of our country took part in. “Gold” was gained by Begmuhammet Kakabayev, Ahmed Hudayberdiyev and Abdulrashid Cherkezov, the silver - Jomart Jepbarov and Ahmet Paytykov. The boys are trained in various courses, specializing in such areas of vocational training as “software of information technologies”, “electric power supply” and “open pit mining”.
Students of IOGU also became the owners of six awards as a result of ecology round. Here, it was distinguished Gulchekhra Annadurdiyeva, Lachin Ashirova, Erkin Ereshorv and Tachmurad Bayramgeldiyev, having won silver medals, as well as bronze medalists - Nazar Akmamedov and Leila Yoldasheva.
Oguldondi Valiyev and Purli Nurberdiyev – participants of the round on theoretical mechanics replenished with two bronze medals the treasury of intellectual achievements of their university.
As the one of the university teachers, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology of IOGU Maksat Churiyev, development of information and communication technologies has made possible the active participation of Turkmen students and teachers in the contests, Olympiads and conferences of international level organized in an interactive format. Representatives of higher educational institutions of our country during several years participate in such competitions, traditionally winning high awards.
Most of the winners of international Internet Olympiads, representing Oil and Gas University, are the members of the specialized circle on creation of software founded at the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology. They devote their spare time to these occupations, and their intellectual victories prove the prospects of involvement of young students in scientific activity.
It is worth to add that the representatives of the higher oil and gas school of the country will participate in the rounds of international students’ Internet Olympiads in mathematics, physics and chemistry.
