Turkmen tennis players got to playoff of the Davis Cup в in the Asia and Oceania IV Group, which matches are held in Isa Town (Bahrain). With participation of 12 teams. This standout success they found in advance, one tournament before the end of the group stage of competition.

The program of the second game day in group «В», where play our countrymen, was opened with the match between the teams of Iraq and Oman. Itaqis, against whom the representatives of Turkmen won at the start of tournament – 3:0, won the team of Oman with the same score. Thus, before a match with the team of Mongolia the team of Turkmenistan have a splendid opportunity to advance to playoff.

The team of Mirali Gasanov used an opportunity, and won today the team with 129 rating position from Mongolia – 3:0. In the first single Yuri Rogusskiy won Hatansuikh Batbayar in 1 hour 5 minutes – 6:1, 6:1. In the second – first seed of team of Turkmenistan Isa Mametkuliev spent less time – 38 minuet, to whitewash Sukhbaatar Puntsaga – 6:0, 6:0.
