Teachers from all regions of our country participated in the professional review organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan with support of the National centre of trade unions. Most skilled of them, who deservingly passed preliminary stages, had been delegated the right to become finalists of both competitions.
Final rounds have taken place on the basis of capital - comprehensive school № 74 and a kindergarten № 160. Representatives of all regions have passed with honour examination for professional skill. Pedagogical talent was also estimated by the innovative approach of jury consisting of experts of the National institute of education, teachers of some higher educational institutions, pedagogical schools and public organizations.
Within two days of the pretender to high pedagogical titles conducted competitive lessons, class hours, answered the offered questions, showing high professionalism, wide outlook and creative approach to educational process.
Following the results of competitions, unconditional leaders were defined. They are - the teacher of Russian language of the comprehensive school № 11 of Turkmenbashi city of the Balkan velayat Mahrigul Hajiyeva and the tutor of Ashgabat preschool institution № 85 Jemal Taganova.
Both teachers-innovators have solid work experience together with high professional skill and author's technique. In their work, they actively use modern interactive, including multimedia technologies that makes the training process more dynamical, interesting and informative, and conversation - confidential.
