Students of twelve higher educational institutions of the Turkmen capital became its participants.
Knowledge of the contestants was estimated by the jury, which consisted of not only the host institute, but the teachers of the Turkmen State Financial Institute, the International Turkmen-Turkish University, the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
The competitive program included a story about the present of Turkmenistan, interpretation - from Turkmen to English and vice versa – of separate texts selected from publications of newspapers and magazines and recorded in audio-format.
Students also competed in the recitation of works of the Turkmen poetry classics, translated into English, in particular, Magtymguly Fragi.
According to the results of contest, the representatives of TSU named after Magtymguly, TNIWL named after D. Azadi, International Oil and Gas University, the International Turkmen-Turkish University, the Turkmen State Financial Institute and Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction were recognized the best. They were awarded with special diplomas and valuable prizes.
