The Government of Tajikistan took decision to exempt from taxes in 2022 a number of companies, including the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Dushanbe, which carries out the construction of the secondary school complex in the territory of Tajikistan.

Thus, the customer and general contractor of the construction of the school for 540 places in Ergash Sultonov rural community in Dusti region, which is carried out by the Embassy of Turkmenistan, will be exempted from the value added tax, as well as from the profit tax, stated in the Budget law for 2022.

The construction of these facilities will not be не будет облагаться налогами. Besides, it was noted that the goods and products imported in accordance with the approved by the Government of Tajikistan list for construction of these facilities, will be released from VAT and customs fees.

Let us remind, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan announced in June, 2018 an international tender on design and construction of the secondary school in Halton region of Tajikistan.

In the Ergash Sultonov rural community in Dusti region of Halton region, where lives the Turkmen diaspora, the new educational institution for 540 pupils will be called after the classic of Turkmen and World literature Makhtumkuli Fragi.
