In the framework of the events timed to the 70th anniversary of UNICEF establishment the following organization participated in the presentation such as: Parliament, ministries and departments, law enforcement agencies, NGOs, the media, employees of the diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan and representatives of major international organizations, including UN agencies, OSCE, TIKA, USAID, and others.

The UNCEF regional report on "The social monitoring: Social protection of child rights and wellbeing of children in Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia."The main focus of his presentation held in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of Turkmenistan was on a large and positive experience in creation of a sustainable system of social protection of children, and future plans and areas of joint work of Turkmenistan and UNICEF based on the achieved progress and key tasks of the state’s development.

As noted, Turkmenistan is actively developing a productive dialogue with the reputable international organizations, first of all, specialized UN agencies and structures, demonstrates a responsible approach to ensure the most favorable conditions for full and harmonious development of children given every opportunity to get a quality education and bring-up at the level of world standard.
