The Climbing Club «Agama» and group of sportsmen – mountain racing fans- organized the 30 km race. The marathon route became the Saglyk ýoly — 36 kilometers long concrete footpath, going along the Kopetdag mountain range in close proximity to Ashgabat. The mountain route passes through the different surfaces with considerable slope and rise up to 1300 meters, that presents additional difficulties for marathon runners.
Once again, the winner of забега became the citizen of Ashgabat Alikper Ahmedov (“Agama” club) – the prize winner of almost all Cup championships of Turkmenistan, and the participant of the international climbers' race on the Elbrus mountains and the Swiss Alps, marathons for a distance 60 and 100 kilometers, where demonstrated his physical and technical training. 30-kilometers distance in Saglyk ýoly he passed for three hours twenty minutes. A high sports result was demonstrated by a medical worker Nastya Loskaryeva – she run the parathion distance ahead of many men for four hours.
The skyrunning competitions showed not only the growing skill of athletes - participants in the race, but also the desire of many Ashgabat residents to actively relax in nature, try their hand at climbing mountain slopes, and admire the December landscapes.
