The possibility of obtaining higher education in various fields of specialization, bachelor and master degrees presented by the annual program of MEXT: Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japanese government.
This program is well known in our country. Under its auspices since 2005, every year there is a selection of applicants for the prestigious scholarship of Japan's leading universities. Today, within the framework of MEXT it was trained nearly fifty representatives of the Turkmen youth. The upcoming summer days there is another set of potential candidates for whom are organized English or Japanese tests on June 25.
The cooperation of our country with Japan in the scientific and educational spheres is actively developing. Until recently, the main partner of the Japanese universities are Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi, the Japanese faculty then in the last years the range of interaction has become much wider.
In recent years it was significantly increased collaboration between scientists’ circles of Japan and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, including its structure - Innovation Center for Technology and Research Institutes.
As is well known, starting this year, due to implementation of innovative education reforms initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in 2016-2017 academic year it was developed language policy in the curriculum of secondary schools and higher educational establishments introduced Japanese language. Graduates of MEXT program make contribution to promotion of new educational strategies.
