Mejlis of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution "On ratification of the Convention between Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic to avoid double taxation and prevent fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital", signed on March 18, 2016 in Ashgabat.
The document on the avoidance of double taxation between two countries, designed to promote the expansion of trade and economic relations, was signed by the parties in March this year at the meeting of the delegation of the Czech Republic in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
At the same time, Chamber of Commerce of Turkmenistan hosted the Turkmen-Czech business forum. The forum attended heads and leading specialists of state and business structures of two friendly countries. The delegation headed by Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jan Hamáček including the representatives of the leading companies specializing in the gas sector, transport sector, logistics, healthcare, banking, insurance and others.
