The National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan has its own website. It operates in three languages - Turkmen, Russian and English at the Internet address: archery-tkm.art.

Visitors to the site can learn a lot of information not only about the Federation itself and archery, but also sign up to practice this Olympic sport.

- Archery revived in Turkmenistan in 2015 from the moment of registration of the National Federation of this sport in the Ministry of Adalat, - its chairman Vepa Sahedov told the ZV correspondent. – In the same year, at the Congress in Bangkok, the National Federation became part of the Asian Archery Federation (AAF), and in October 2017, at the Congress in Mexico City, it became a full member of the International Archery Federation (FITA).

During the existence of the Federation, archery clubs appeared in Ashgabat, Mary and Dashoguz velayats, and specialists in this sport began to be trained at the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports.

In November 2017, Turkmen archers made their debut at the XX Asian Championship, held in Bangladesh. And in 2018, at the World Nomad Games held in Kyrgyzstan, the head of the National Federation Vepa Sahedov took 7th place among more than 80 athletes.

In 2018 and 2019, in Ashgabat, with the assistance of the IOC, NOC, as well as the International and Asian Archery Federations, seminars were held with the participation of foreign experts for coaches and leading athletes of our country.

The immediate plans of the National Federation include the preparation of archers for the 31st World Summer Universiade and the 19th Asian Games, which will be held respectively from June 26 to July 7 in Chengdu (China) and from September 10 to 25 in Hangzhou (China), and also to the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games scheduled for August 9-19 in the Turkish city of Konya.
