The second finalist of the tournament could be determined in the 5th round in the meeting between Kopetdag and Ashgabat. For the team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan to reach the final, it was enough to play a draw. However, the Ashgabat players were determined to fight and after a break for 13 minutes scored three unanswered goals into the opponent's goal. The goals were scored by Hydyrgeldy Atjanov (70th minute), Baijan Satlykov (73rd) and Toymamed Sakhetmamedov (83rd).

After this victory, "Ashgabat" reduced the gap to 3 points behind Kopetdag, which is in second place with 8 points.
