The structure of the "Orlan" is a popular recruitment agency holding the same name, and English courses, the work of which is organized in accordance with a special license from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The largest groups of students are pupils who study in their spare time and rush to their classes in "Orlan" to learn language skills in the classroom holding inter-active games teaching methodology. Education is organized in a 24 hours regime in specially equipped rooms. During the holidays the children devote more time to learn language.
The course focuses on the customer service’s policy: before starting training, it is undergoing the pre-testing research and need assessment related to future language training. Upon completion of each training course it is held summarization of lessons in which "graduates" demonstrate their acquired knowledge.
On the open doors day from “Orlan", kids are happily rushed to an interesting "test" classes in English, first to the «Baskin robbins», and the next day "Chocolate maker". Here children are given the opportunity not only to enjoy the most delicious cakes, pastries and one of the most world’s popular ice creams, but also learn about the recipes of its preparation. After all, they learn it for themselves based on the given goods to cook a dessert with a variety of fillings - nuts, fruit, chocolate, etc.
In the course of the study the guys painted balloons, using chocolate, popcorn, nuts and other "edible-decoration" which means creation of the original panel-applications, participate in fun contests. And all this fascinating learning process that accompanies an interesting "cooking" is held in English.
