Ashgabat hosts X International Exhibition on telecommunications, telemetry, information technologies and broadcasting equipment "Turkmentel-2016» and scientific conference, organized by the Ministry of Communications and the Chamber of Commerce of Turkmenistan.
This year the exhibition will display over 90 exhibitors - Turkmen division of communication and foreign manufacturers.
The opening ceremony of the international forum is attended by members of the Government, heads of ministries and departments, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations, universities, the mass media on which is read the complimentary address of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Expositions of the Ministry of Communications, National telecommunication company "Turkmentelekom" and its regional branches, mobile enterprise "Altyn Asyr", as well as its branches "Turkmenpochta" show guests and participants a wide range of services in the media network and mobile communications services, electronic transmission of data on the basis of telecommunication networks , providing high-quality broadcasting of the national television and radio programs, as well as the accelerated postings around the country and abroad.
The great interest of visitors expresses the display of Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications, which familiarizes visitors with prospective student research achievements and the exhibition hall of the National Hydrometeorology Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers with located here innovative equipment.
