Ashihara Karate was founded in 1980 by Japanese master Hideyuki Ashihara. This modern sport includes hand-to-hand fighting technique taken from different martial arts such Kyokushin karate, judo and aikido as well as actions developed by the founder of Ashihara himself, which is very difficult but practical as experts say. The core of the technique includes four basic positions of moving away from attacking line with further swift counterattack.
