A special training course for volunteers is held in the framework of the Global Conference on sustainable transport system at Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly

The training is attended by over 450 representatives among five higher education institutions with a high level of English proficiency.

The representatives of Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi, Turkmen State Transport and Communications Institute, Institute of International Relations under Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International University of Humanities and Development perfected volunteer work skills together with the students of state universities.

The daily two-hour training sessions of volunteers are being held during their spare times apart from their school time. It is held by the teachers and the representatives of the state universities and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The subject of the training course has been prepared in accordance with the required level of knowledge for the volunteers involved in major international forums.

As noted in her interview the head of Volunteer Center, the chief of the Department of Environment of Turkmen State University named after Magtumguly, Sheker Ashirmuradova, a special training course is organized in an interactive format. The program is included lectures and presentations, as well as thematic discussion clubs. The volunteer training program consider gaining knowledge in priority directions of the state policy, the aspects of foreign economic activity of the country, the development of transport and communication systems, diplomatic etiquette. In addition, the training program of volunteers - a class on the history of Turkmenistan and the modern achievements of our country. Particular attention is paid to the historical and cultural monuments of our country, original traditions and customs of the Turkmen people, national cuisine and art, the nature of their native land.

The gained knowledge will help students to adequately implement the volunteer mission and represent the younger generations of Turkmenistan to the guests of our country in the days of the first Global Conference on the Sustainable Transport System.
