The International scientific and practical conference on education started in Ashgabat. The large-scale forum organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan brought together the representatives of thirty countries of the world, including the UK, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Hungary, Iraq, Israel, Turkey, Korea, India, China, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and other countries.

Among them were the heads and specialists of the leading scientific and educational centers, international organisations, higher educational institutions, as well as experts of companies, authors of new technologies for the sphere of education.

The conference participants exchanged their experience and achievements in using the advanced methods and teaching aids, considered the urgent tasks of development of the institutional science and education. A special section was dedicated to the role of information and communication technologies and innovations in the reform of the system of education. Within the framework of this session, scientists presented their developments in this area.
