D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages brought together Japanese language specialists. The experts of the Japanese International Fund delivered the training organized with the support of the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan. The trainers used the most advanced interactive and language methods.


Foreign specialists assist their Turkmen colleagues on a regular basis. This includes the consultations in development of the Japanese language training manuals and training programmes for secondary schools and higher educational institutions. Whereas, the representatives of the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan regularly work on the improvement of the foreign language teaching methods and hold master classes.


Professional development classes for the teachers of higher educational institutions in the regions as well as Ashgabat university branches were organized at Magtymguly Turkmen State University.

Speaking about the importance of professional development, the dean of the Advanced Training Faculty of Magtymguly Turkmen State University Nuryagdy Nazarov noted that the effective, full-scale and coordinated professional development system was an important aspect of the innovative educational reform aimed at training highly skilled, initiative and creative thinking specialists for different areas public life. Teachers should follow the actual demands of time, increasing the level of knowledge and professional skills.
