Rinat Gadiyev, the Professor of Bashkiria State Agricultural University, Russia:
- I have been working for 10 years with Turkmen colleagues for the Institute of Livestock Breeding of the Academy of Sciences and Turkmen Agricultural University. We made joint studies in poultry breeding and now work on implementation of new technologies in breeding and keeping of domestic breed chicken.
Number of joint publications were issued, recommendations approved by scientific and technical council of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan were prepared. The monograph on intensification of production of chicken meat was published in Russia. Nowadays, we held joint studies in horse breeding and use of chlorella suspension in the ration of agricultural animals and birds. We will have to coordinate the directions and subjects of our further work in this sphere during the forum.
The cooperation is developed also in training of highly qualified specialists. Large group of Turkmen students, around 30 people, distinguished by the discipline, commitment and talent, study in different specializations in our university. As a part of sports and creative teams, representatives of Turkmen youth participate in different events including in those aimed at popularization of modern achievements, national culture, original traditions and customs of Turkmen people.

- We are happy to visit Ashgabat again. I took part in similar forum in 2014. Back then, the directions of cooperation with Turkmen colleagues in seismology were outlined.
Another meeting gives an opportunity to share valuable professional experience both during the conference and at its fields of discussion format. I also want to mention an excellent organization of the forum.
I am impressed with the scales of urban planning in Turkmen capital, original designers solutions distinguishing architectural ensemble of Ashgabat. High-rise buildings attract my attention form the seismological construction point of view. My report during the conference is dedicated to the aspects of complex geodynamics, tectonics and seismological overview of the North-West of Algeria.
Ashgabat conquers by its beauty, complexity of construction, fountain and park ensembles and well-attendance.

- This is my first visit to Turkmenistan and it was a great pleasure for me to participate in the forum. Topical spectrum is quite comprehensive and it is important that large attention is paid to the development of humanitarian studies. In our globalization period, it is important to pay attention to the development of culture, study of spiritual foundations connecting different nations of the world. In this context, special role is given to the culture of speech, development of the language and study of its linguistic features, which my report is about.
The audience of the forum is multinational but all the participants are related with the commitment to the model of cooperation based on friendship, fruitful partnership and progress.
I am pleased with rich cultural programme for the participants of the forum. The tour around Ashgabat, visit of the State Museum gave an opportunity to meet closer the history, culture, traditions and customs of Turkmen people what is very valuable by myself.
John Karapetyan, Geological Sciences Candidate, the Director of A. Nazarov Institute of Geophysics and Engineering Seismology of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia:
- The institute that I represent cooperates successfully with the Institute of Seismology and Atmospheric Physics of the academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan since 2013. This is my third visit to Ashgabat under this partnership for participation in different forums as well as in interstate meetings on geophysics and seismology subjects, in particular on the evaluation of seismological hazards and risk and antiseismic construction. Such mutually interested partnership is very important for our countries located in seismic active zones. Joint scientific and technical agreement on long-term cooperation, which is to be signed shortly, is prepared for today.
We have the developments of innovative seismic equipment, which can be used for the monitoring of large water reserves, bridges, tunnels and other strategic facilities. What is important, the devices developed by our specialists almost three times cheaper than foreign analogues and do not yield them by technical specifications. In this regards, we would like to discuss the joint production of seismic equipment together with Turkmen colleagues.
There is Gevorg Vartanyan, the Director of National Centre of Innovations and Entrepreneurship, the Chairman of the Council of the Young Scientists of National Academy of Sciences of our country, in Armenian delegation. We are interested in further development of productive cooperation of Turkmenistan and Armenia, including in implementation of actual projects of young scientists.
Xihai Wan, the Professor, the Head of Chu Tian Turkmenistan Research Centre under Chinese Geological University, Wuhan, Hubei, the PRC:
- I worked in Turkmenistan for a few years as a specialist in number of oil and gas companies. I felt in love with your country for all those years and was carried away by its history and culture.
Upon my return home, I had an idea on opening of special scientific centre, which was supported by the diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan in the PRC. Our main targets are the popularization of the achievements of independent neutral Turkmenistan and cultural exchange. Teachers, postgraduate students, diplomats, specialists of different companies, everyone who is interested in the country with ancient history and culture, original traditions, which take great care of spiritual values, are active members of the centre. We made specialized website, publish series of books and magazines, where the monograph “Neutral Turkmenistan: “20 Years Underway to Progress and Achievements”, which played an important role in introduction of internal and foreign policy of the country to Chinese society as well as in consolidation of Turkmen – Chinese friendship, is in special place. Special lecture courses, which I give throughout three years in Chinese Universities for the students, postgraduates and young teachers, serve to the same awareness work.
