The Cottage Township constructed to order of the “Turkmenbashibank” State Commercial Bank is ready for opening on the Avaza coast. The project is one of the first facilities erected within the framework of the second stage of construction of the sea resort.
The township includes ten two-storey cottages, the buildings of the office, cultural-entertaining center and sport grounds. Shining with saturated ultramarine, the artificial lakes, which were stylized under open swimming pools, fascinate the eyes. Water shoots adorn one of them and the summer bar-restaurant-another one.
Thick grass of lawns, decorative bush in boskets and trees along many-coloured paths looks like a perennial natural landscape. There are also light tracery arbors and flowerbeds with bright patterns of flowers. Nearby, there is a sport complex with playgrounds for indoor soccer, volleyball, a gym, basketball, fitness-ground for trainings in the open air.
The building of the cultural-entertaining center includes a restaurant and a bowling club combined with a disco club, a play-ground for small children and billiards. There are also medical rooms, sauna, covered swimming pool, gym and other functional rooms. Premises under shop with diverse assortment of goods and departments of souvenirs and beach accessories were allotted in the building of the office.
Each of cottages includes four rooms on the first floor and two – on the second. They have all conditions for full-fledged rest of clients. The rooms are fully furnished and equipped. Separate kitchens with exit to the balcony are settled on the floors of the cottages.
