A creative event took place online between the park "Ashgabat" and the cultural and entertainment park "Ashgabat" in the twin city of Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan, heads of municipal administrations, cultural figures and masters of art of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Turkey.
