Turkmen students win gold at the 5th Youth International Science Fair in Indonesia
Two students from the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan - Suleymanmuhammet Shamuhammedov, a 3rd-year student, and Aymyrat Halnazarov, a 2nd-year student—under the guidance of their university lecturer Atamyrat Altyev, proudly represented their country by winning gold medals at the 5th Youth International Science Fair (YISF), held from February 21 to 25 in Malang, Indonesia.

A new algebra textbook for 12th-grade students in secondary schools has been published in Turkmenistan
The Turkmen State Publishing Service, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, has published a new textbook, «Algebra and the Principles of Analysis», for the 12th grade in Russian-language comprehensive secondary schools in the country.

Turkmenistan and Pakistan expand cooperation in higher education
On February 19, a meeting was held in Ashgabat between J. Gurbangeldiyev, Minister of Education of Turkmenistan, and Mr. Ahsan Wagan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Turkmenistan. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss opportunities and conditions for expanding cooperation in the field of higher education.
