The Turkmen state institute of economics and management, with the support of the Ministry of education of Turkmenistan, is organising an international Olympiad and scientific-practical conference.
The Open international internet Olympiad in macroeconomics is held among students of higher educational institutions in Turkmenistan and abroad. Four students from each university are invited to participate, regardless of field of study of students.
The macroeconomics Olympiad will take place on the digital platform of the university on the 10th of April. Registration of participants will last until the 1st of April.
The Olympiad will be held in the form of an individual competition. Participants have been prepared for 10 tasks, which they will have 120 minutes to complete.
The jury will include representatives of scientific and educational institutions and university professors from participating countries.

On the 24th of April, the institute will hold the III International scientific and practical online conference «Modern trends in financial market development».
Representatives of scientific circles and education from Turkmenistan and foreign countries are invited to participate in the forum.
The international scientific and practical conference will be held in 3 sections:
- Financial markets and sustainable economic development;
- The role of banks in the development of financial markets;
- Financial markets and investment activity.
Those wishing to participate in the conference must send an application and abstracts of their presentations to the organising committee by email no later than the 10th of April: tsiem.conference@gmail.com.
The working languages of the upcoming international events are Turkmen, Russian and English.
