A new section of the Medeniýet National information and educational website is dedicated to the 290th birthdate anniversary of the great poet and thinker Magtymguly. It is aimed at widening and enhancing the knowledge of internet readers about the outstanding representative of the Turkmen classical literature, familiarizing them with the world of his creativity and philosophic views as well as introducing the results of researches of Turkmen scientists in the heritage and life way of Magtymguly Fraghi.


The Virtual Library section presents the scientific and art works included the golden fund of the national classics, as well as folklore compositions.

The new section provides its readers with an opportunity to learn more about the poet's biography, the foreign scholars' and writers' thoughts about Magtymguly, articles and monographs of Turkmen researchers dedicated to the works of Fraghi, as well as the reports on the events taken place in our country and abroad as part of the anniversary celebrations this year.

The media content includes videoclip of "Magtymguly" opera, songs based on Magtymguly's words performed by famous folklore musicians and bagshis.
