Exhibition of Dutch flowers traditionally devoted to the International Women’s Day – the 8th of March was opened at the Fine Arts Museum of Turkmenistan. It was organized by the Women’s Union and Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
Under sounds of Viennese waltz, being performed inspiredly by ensemble of violinists “Mukam”, the guests of museum got an opportunity to plunge into the world filled with aroma of amazing flowers and fantasy designers-florists from capital’s salon “Ak bagul”. Flower compositions each of which has its own plot delight not only with beauty of flowers, but also with fine artistic mastery they are designed with. There is also an emblem of upcoming Asian Games – 2017 made from flowers, the heart from poppy red roses as a symbol of love, and image of the Firebird as an embodiment of eternity of objective reality. Special attention was also paid to marine topic. Sailing vessel from white roses, symbolizing the motion of our country to new horizons, is particularly impressive. Composition devoted to white city – Ashgabat, as well as many other original “natural” canvases from hundreds of flowers attract the attention of visitors. It’s amazing how harmoniously combine in them the splendid roses and fluffy cotton boxes, tender gillyflowers, chrysanthemums, decorative onion and bright sunflowers.
There is a large flower composition in the center of museum hall. It is a dedication to the Year of neutrality and peace: a globe over which the State Flag of Turkmenistan flies and the dove of peace soars.
