Clothes of middle layer performs a thermal isolating function. As you know, the best thermal isolator is air, therefore the fabrics are usually weaved wooly to the touch, that allows to keep inside much air.

It is also important to keep feet in warm. Feet are the primary part of many muscular chains, with hypothermia, the muscles tense, creating tension for the muscular region and the spine as a whole. In addition, when freezing, the risk of developing a cold in the throat increases.

To boost immune system will help proper nutrition and products with high content of vitamin С, D and useful microelements, contained in vegetables, fruits and dried fruits.  

Sport and physical activity are a good mean against the autumn spleen. During the sport activities all organs are saturated with oxygen, accelerating flow of blood to brain. After all, good rest and sleep are important for the organism revival.

For the reduction of risk for the public health wear a mask and maintain social distance. Washing your hands and treating the skin surface with antiseptic agents will get rid of bacteria and viruses. Ventilate the area frequently to ensure constant air circulation, air quality renewal and oxygen flow.
