This year, the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva celebrates its 50th anniversary. A number of events are timed to coincide with the solemn date, one of which was the concert "Spring Mood", performed for the public in the Great Hall of the Special Music Boarding School. The program of the evening consisted only of works by Turkmen composers who in different years received higher education within the walls of TNC.

The works of Muhammetsapar Toylyyev “Kerwen ýoly”, Alla Penkina “Fragiliti”, “Prelude” by Nuryagdy Hojamuhammedov, “Seýil bagymda” by Jeren Gurbangylyjova, “Awazam” by Yazgylych Ashyrov, “Waltz” and “Miniatures” by Kerim Jumagulyyev, several works by Gulshat Odeniyazova sounded from the stage , Vera Abayeva and Ayna Shirova, Jahan Paytakova’s song “Gara gözleriň” to the verses of the classic of Turkmen poetry Magtymguly, as well as Suhan Tuyliyev’s composition “Begler”, written especially for the national Turkmen instrument garly tuyduk.

The concert was attended by musicians of orchestras already well known to music lovers of Turkmenistan, which were conducted by Meret Muhammetgulyyev and Chary Aknyyazov, concertmasters Jeren Orazova (piano), Amangul Bazarova (piano), student of international competitions Stella Vladimirovna Faramazova (piano), children's choir of the boarding school "Gunesh” under the direction of the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Gulshat Odeniyazova, pianist Diana Melkumova, Oktay Najafov (bass clarinet), Rahman Hojamgulyyev (bassoon), Ahmet Abayev (oboe). The students of the boarding school also took part in the concert. And one of the best performances of the evening was the numbers performed by a wonderful violin ensemble led by the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Harold Neymark. The young violin virtuosos were the last participants in the “Spring Mood” program. The ensemble played Vera Abayeva's composition "Türkmeniň ýoly", and its members were rewarded for their excellent performance with thunderous applause from the public.

Also, the honored worker of culture Muhammetsapar Toylyyev, who came to the boarding school that evening, heard a large number of applause in his address. The student of Velimuhammet Muhatov listened intensely to every note of his work "Kerwen ýoly" during its performance and waited with some anxiety for the verdict of the public. When the last note was played and the composer heard joyful applause, he rose from his seat and bowed to the audience. Then the applause was repeated with new power.

At the end of the concert, its participants listened for quite a long time to the gratitude of the audience for the pleasure that their playing brought to the assembled public.
