The processing of the rich harvest grown in the Dashoguz velayat was started by local private enterprises for the production of dried fruits.
Over two thousand tons of dried apples have already been prepared for sale by a team of a private enterprise for the production of dried fruits, owned by a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country Z. Dovletov, located on the territory of the Şatlyk geneshlik of the S.A. Niyazov etrap of the Dashoguz velayat.
The first three hundred kilograms of dried apricots and 150 kilograms of dried apples were produced at the beginning of the season by a private enterprise of another entrepreneur, located on the territory of the Gyorogly etrap. Both specialized production facilities have all the necessary equipment, including washing, calibrating, drying units, sorting tables and others, allowing you to perform all the necessary operations for cutting fruits, removing the core from them, drying, packaging finished products in accordance with high quality standards.
The production process uses advanced technologies to ensure the high quality of the product. After drying and sorting of fruits, only whole, ripe and untouched by pests fruits are selected for further technological operations. Depending on their size, degree of maturity and variety, different temperatures and drying times are used here, which makes it possible to produce high-quality and environmentally friendly products. Ready for delivery to consumers, dried fruits are stored in dry and ventilated areas to ensure the safety and good taste of the natural product. During the season, each of the private enterprises is capable of producing up to 100 tons of vitamin products.
In the north of Turkmenistan, horticulture is developing at a high pace based on respect for nature and the rational use of its rich resources. In the consistent increase in the volume of cultivated vegetables and melons, grapes and fruit trees, a significant role was played by agricultural land funds, which contribute to the development of small and medium-sized private businesses in the agricultural sector.
Thanks to the comprehensive measures taken by the state in the agrarian sector to support agricultural producers, the region annually receives high enough yields of apples, pears, plums, cherry plums, sweet cherries, cherries and others for local climatic conditions. In accordance with the growing volumes of horticultural, fruit and vegetable and melon products, a network of objects of various forms of ownership is also developing, contributing to the preservation of the grown crop and its processing.
