The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has completed a series of training courses for consultants focused on implementing organizational changes in their clients’ companies.
The training was organized with the financial support of the European Union within the framework of the "Consultations for Small Businesses" program. The training has been specially prepared for consultants who must implement significant changes in the client's company as successfully as possible and in the short term of their consulting project.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, the training included practical exercises. Participants were able to exchange experiences and expand their network of professional contacts. The training was conducted by business consultant Vladimir Chernyavsky, who is a lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Faculty of Management of St. Petersburg State University. Over the past 25 years, he has implemented over 100 consulting projects in various fields, including strategic management, organizational development, implementation of project management technologies, process management, and personnel management.
