Mariana Micheli, President of Mad Mood Milano Fashion Week, visited Turkmenistan for the first time to present her platform "Mad Mood Milano." During the fashion show at the "Turkmentextile Expo – 2025," she showcased a collection by young Italian designer Leonardo Ligorio.

"Mad Mood Milano" is an international platform aimed at discovering and supporting young designers from around the world. It collaborates with major fashion events such as Serbia Fashion Week, Aspara Fashion Week (Kazakhstan), Gloria Fashion Show (Morocco), and ASEAN International Fashion Week (Singapore). The platform also actively develops talents in Argentina, South America within ACEA, and Bulgaria, highlighting its global reach.

Mariana Micheli is also the founder and president of MEDITERRANEAN FASHION AND FOOD WEEK – a unique project supported by "Mad Mood Milano." This event features designers and international chefs presenting their countries through fashion and cuisine, organizing shows, tastings, and parties in southern Italy, creating a unique cultural experience.

Responding to a question about possible cooperation with Turkmen designers, Micheli expressed enthusiasm, saying, "Why not?"

Mariana Micheli's visit to Ashgabat opens new prospects for Turkmen designers, providing them with opportunities to enter the international arena and integrate into the global fashion industry.
