The agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" has announced a tender for the design, supply, and management of the construction of two Ro-Ro railway ferries and one dry cargo ship. This is part of the implementation of financing agreements for the construction of ships for Turkmenistan's maritime fleet, signed with the Islamic Development Bank and the OPEC Fund. The shipbuilding will take place at the Balkan Shipbuilding and Repairing Yard.

The project aims to enhance the capacity and efficiency of the national maritime fleet and develop the country's shipbuilding potential.
